Before founding Moore Maintenance & Janitorial Service in 1982 with Scott Brill, John worked with his father at Pioneer Janitorial Services for over 20 years. While helping his father run the family business, John developed the skills required to start his own janitorial company. From the beginning, John put his experience to work and has since created a successful business by focusing on client satisfaction and employee development. Today, John oversees all of the company's activities, and is completely involved in all phases of the business to ensure that the standards of the company are met at every job site.

Senior Executive Vice President
Scott Brill co-founded Moore Maintenance & Janitorial Service with business partner John Moore. Scott oversees all Moore Maintenance business operations including sales, marketing, professional services, customer support, finance and administration. Scott is the driving force behind the company's commitment to customer service. He inspires the company's unique culture by promoting core values that focus on people, customers, service and profitability.
